Check-in is at 3:00 PM. If you arrive before check-in, our helpful staff will safely secure your luggage and inform you when your room is ready. While waiting, you can enjoy the property's amenities, as your fully-immersive vacation has already begun!
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If your flight departs later, you can securely store your luggage with the front desk and continue to enjoy the amenities, such as grabbing a bite to eat or sitting by the sea while you wait.

Our retreats are for adults only. Children above 18-years or older are welcome on this retreat. Younger children get to stay home while momma takes a vaycay.

Yay! We're happy you're retreating together. Yes, send us a message and we'll make it happen. You can request for a king bed, two queen beds, or upgrade to a suite of sorts.
Please note: room upgrades are dependent on availability and will incur extra charges. We'll ensure you're good with the extra charges before booking your room. The suites are nice, aren't they? Might as well go all out!
Your final payment is fully refundable up to two months before the retreat. After that, things get a bit trickier and we aren't able to do refunds, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
All purchases booked within two months of the retreat start date are non-refundable and non-transferable. We appreciate your understanding!

- *If your spot is filled before two months of the retreat start date, the deposit can be credited for a future retreat within two years.
- If your spot cannot be filled, the deposit is forfeited.

You will fly into Heraklion (HER) International Airport. From there, our driver will meet you in the baggage claim and take you to the resort. It's a 1.5 hr drive from the airport to the resort.
